That's not awesome. That's not even a new idea. That's what's always been expected of women - to pop out kids and then sacrifice everything, bear all the hardship, do all the dirty, menial, day-to-day slog of rearing them, to ensure that they have a better future. Congratulations, kick-ass woman, you lived up to society's expectations of your gender. Boy did your creators and writers really work hard to come up with your motivation.

Cy makes good points. I personally don't like the "Coz that's what women do" line... I'd have preferred if it was "That's what I do."

I'd also prefer to see Ripley in there too, but hay. I like it for the kicks to the teeth it gives to Bella.
