| This Golden Oldie is "Until the End of Time" by gofer-chan, hosted here. TV Tropes uses an illustration for the fic on its page for "Crack Fic" and says about it: | Quote: |
There is a crossover fanfic that was, I shit you not, a crossover between Dragon Ball Z and The Diary of Anne Frank. Anne lives, falls in love with Goku, and Hitler turns Super Saiyan shortly before Goku vaporizes him. One gets the feeling that this was inspired by an O.D. on a combination of Psychadelics, Ritalin, and bad ingenuity.

Just as with every badfic that's particularly brain-breaking, I came across many rumors that it was written deliberately badly, but after about half an hour of googling I gave up on personally locating any proof. |

S.O.B: If, like, this Dragonball thing had, like, Nazis. Nazis were fuckin hardcore! With the killing and the tanks and shit!
This gets her young mind churning, and Until The End of Time is crapped onto the internet. |

Even though she says it was her brother's idea, I always imagined something more like this...
Open on a messy room. One can tell it is a girl's room from the light wallpaper and pink bedspread, but posters for shonen anime cover the walls. Gofer-chan, our heroine, is sitting on her bed, clutching a copy of Diary of a Young Girl and hanging her head in heartbreak.
Gofer-chan: [on the verge of tears] Oh, Diary of a Young Girl is so sad! Why would Hitler be so cruel as to kill a nice girl like that? [Gofer-chan sobs] I almost wish they didn't make us read it in school. If only someone could have saved Anne Frank...
Gofer-chan looks up at a nearby DBZ poster featuring a musclebound Goku looking benevolent and heroic. A smile slowly spreads across her face.
Gofer-chan: [sounding hopeful] He could have saved Anne! He could save anybody! And he'd fight Hitler too! I've always dreamed of seeing Goku save a real person...[sighs] if only...[a pause] wait! [excited] I'll write a fanfic! Anything can happen in fanfic!
Gofer-chan bounces off the bed and rushes to her computer. She sits in a swivel-chair with her back to the audience. The stage darkens and spotlight falls across her upper body, and she begins a portentious narration over the soft sound of typing
Gofer-chan: [dignified] Anne sighed as she sat in her room, staring at her wall...
