Basically what Goggles is is a bookmarklet that allows you to draw on website pages. You can also see what others have already drawn and get in on the action. Heck, you can probably catch someone drawing something in real time!

So yeah, just click the bookmarklet if you want to see what folks have done, and click it again to close it.
