| Mariochan and Winter-Stardust.
I first posted about Mariochan on the old boards. She specializes in schmoopy Mario/Luigi incest snuggles with a side of bishiefied!Bowser/Mario and Sonic/Mario. Her art style basically sucks out all the adorable charm of the Mario character designs, bishiefying them to hell.
Winter-Stardust specializes more in general Luigi torture and wangst (including a multipart that involves Luigi getting RAPED BY FAWFUL) than incest, but she's got a few incesty fics up there along with some Wario/Waluigi. I think. I just know she writes them a lot.
